Bhoomithra stores the name, email, delivery address, and order history you submit at checkout in this website’s database. That record is what the farm uses to pack and ship.

Card numbers are collected by the payment gateway you connect in WooCommerce, over HTTPS. This theme does not read, log, or store a full card number. Only the gateway’s receipt, such as the last four digits it chooses to return, is kept on the order.

WooCommerce uses a cookie so the basket can survive a refresh. Signing in uses the normal WordPress session cookie. Both are limited to this site.

If you join the harvest list, the email address is saved on this site and shown only to store managers. It is not sold or sent to another service by the theme.

You can update your address from your account. To ask for the account and its orders to be erased, write to the farm desk from the FAQ page. Clearing your browser does not delete the order stored here.
